I have created this website for a few of my overseas friends, who asked me to send  them
Italian regional recipes.
Having to choose which way to accomplish such a task,
I thought that the easiest was to let them know what others had done already, very well.

My friends will find here plenty of links that will surely satisfy any their expectations
I think that searching here can be of interest for many Italians too: most of the sites, in facts, are in Italian.

There are no major differences between Italian and English pages. I doubled them to make easier searching.
